 Even if Goku had the full entirety of the SSJG power in his base he still wouldn't measure up at all in SSJ3 compared to SSJ4 Gogeta. It's a stomp in Gogeta's favor, Gogeta's just too far up there in the power chain.

 So where would you put Ssj3 goku post god ( Assuming my theory that they just didnt want to make goku be 400x stronger than bills in the forst movie)

but yeah keeps most of the power x400 where is he in the chain of power??

Vegetto base and Super Saiyan 4 Goku are said to be equal.

But Goku Super Saiyan God or Post God are supposed to be stronger than even Super Vegetto...
probably Stronger than Omega Shenron in my opinion which is still Dimensions below Super Saiyan 4 Gogeta...

 Gogeta SSJ4 oneshots both of them with he's pinkey,Bills is at most SSJ4 Goku level from Baby arc,and SSJ3 God Goku at SSJ4 Goku Suoer 17 arc lol
